Digital products — no refunds
All products sold on chiptuning-db.com (operated by KIMY TECHNOLOGY (F.Z.E), Ajman Media City Free Zone, UAE) are exclusively digital products (ECU tuning files) delivered electronically by download and/or e-mail.
As digital content delivered electronically, our products are by nature non-returnable. By validating an order, the Customer expressly requests immediate provision of the file and acknowledges that the sale is firm and final upon delivery.
Accordingly, no refund, whether full or partial, is granted, for any reason whatsoever.
Defective or non-conforming files
If a delivered file is clearly non-conforming or non-functional for reasons attributable to the Seller, the Customer must report it by e-mail to kimy.technology@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, providing supporting evidence (original read, tool log, memory feedback).
The sole and exclusive remedy is the free correction or re-issue of the file by the Seller, to the exclusion of any refund or compensation.
Exclusions
No correction or remedy is due in the event of:
- incorrect or incomplete vehicle information provided by the Customer;
- mishandling, incorrect writing, power interruption or unsuitable equipment during flashing;
- modification of the file by the Customer or a third party;
- a simple change of mind after delivery.
